SHIPPING POLICY

We ONLY ship domestically within the United States.

Due to the perishable nature of sea moss gel, we ONLY ship orders that contain sea moss gel Monday – Thursday in order to maintain the freshness and quality of your order. All other orders that contain non-perishable items or merchandise is shipped Monday – Friday.

Processing Time: Order are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of purchase.

Transit time: Priority shipping ranges between 1 and 3 business days.

10 AM CST is our cut-off time. All orders placed after 10AM will be shipped on the next available business day, within our processing time.

PICK-UP POLICY

All pick-up orders can be picked up at the Fultondale, AL Target. Pick-up days are Mondays at 6pm CST, Wednesdays at 6pm CST, and Saturdays at 12 noon or 3pm (varies based on schedule). 

All orders not picked-up within 10 minutes of allotted time will have to be picked up on the next available pick-up day.

You will receive an email with your designated pickup day and time.

Mossy Fusions is not liable for any spoiled sea moss gel if order is not timely picked up. 

NOTE: Sea moss gel should be refrigerated within 30 minutes of receiving due to its perishable nature.

RETURN POLICY:

If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailinginfo@mossyfusions.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the perishable and consumable nature of our sea moss gel and tea, we do not accept returns. We also do not accept returns on our merchandise unless we make an error. If we determine something is wrong with the produce we MAY offer you a 50% refund due to the fact that we sell consumable goods.

We are happy to resolve any issues and providing a replacement for any damaged or lost item. In these cases, please email a picture of the damaged item. Upon receipt, and new order will be prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order is placed, we cannot issue any refunds to you or make any changes to your order, so please be sure to place your order correctly.

Sea Moss is an amazing superfood but, it may not be best for everyone. Please understand that we, Mossy Fusions, do not claim Sea Moss will heal or cure any disease you may be experiencing. Therefore, we are not responsible is Sea Moss does not work for you or if you do not like the sea moss gel.

 

However we do recommend that you consult with your primary physician before taking Sea Moss, to see if Sea moss is right for you especially if you have any major health issues.
